Event Cancellations & Weather
Beck Farms is a working flower farm, and many of our events take place outdoors. While we do our best to plan carefully, weather, crop conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule an event.
If an event is canceled by Beck Farms:
-
Guests will receive a full refund to the original payment method or
-
May choose to receive store credit for a future Beck Farms event, U-Pick, or workshop
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to attend the new date or request a refund.
We do not make cancellation decisions lightly and always aim to prioritize safety, crop health, and the quality of the experience.
Tickets & Reservations
Tickets and reservations are valid for the date and time selected at booking.
If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Due to the nature of our events, workshops, and on-farm experiences — which involve limited capacity, advance preparation, and per-guest costs — we are unable to offer refunds for missed or unused tickets.
If you plan to transfer your ticket, we ask that you notify us in advance whenever possible so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Farm Conditions & Accessibility
Beck Farms is a working agricultural property. Guests should expect uneven ground, gravel paths, and natural terrain. We recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and dressing for the weather.
Agritourism Liability Act (Utah Code §78B-4-501 through §78B-4-509):
Under Utah law, an agritourism activity operator is not liable for injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities.
Inherent risks include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, animals, plants, weather, and other conditions commonly found on a working farm.
By participating in agritourism activities at Beck Farms, guests acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
While we strive to be welcoming to all guests, portions of the farm may not be fully accessible due to the nature of the land. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Children & Safety
Children are welcome at Beck Farms with adult supervision. For safety reasons, children must remain with their supervising adult at all times. Guests enter the farm at their own risk.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued only in the event that Beck Farms cancels an event. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward eligible future offerings unless otherwise noted.
Accessibility Statement
Beck Farms is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible online experience for all visitors.
We are actively working to ensure our website follows accessibility best practices and standards. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site or need assistance, please contact us at [your email address] and we will do our best to help.
As a working flower farm, some in-person areas may have natural limitations due to terrain. We encourage guests with specific accessibility needs to reach out in advance so we can explore accommodations where possible.
