11/4/25 Dahlia Tuber Workshop
🌸 Dahlia Tuber Workshop at the Beck Farms Barn
Date: Tuesday November 4th at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Beck Farms Barn — American Fork, Utah
Duration: 90 minutes – 2 hours
Capacity: Limited to 20 guests for an intimate, hands-on experience
The dahlias have finished their show for the year — but inside the Beck Farms barn, under the twinkle of string lights and the scent of earth and wood, we’ll gather to learn what comes next.
Join us for a rare, hands-on evening devoted to the heart of every dahlia grower’s craft: lifting, dividing, and storing tubers so they can bloom again next season. Together, we’ll learn to read the tubers from the inside out, spot the eyes, and cut with care — transforming this year’s beauty into next year’s beginning.
You’ll:
🌿 Watch a live demo with Kailin of Beck Farms and Amanda of Heath Flower Farm — two growers, one shared love of these wild, generous blooms.
✂️ Divide tubers yourself (with gentle guidance and plenty of encouragement!)
📦 Take a tuber home in its own bag of vermiculite — a little piece of Beck Farms to rest through winter and rise again come spring in your own space.
📖 Leave with a printed Dahlia Guide created by Beck Farms to keep and reference each season.
We’ll be tucked inside our century-old barn — newly cleaned, softly lit, and full of warmth, even in the November chill. Expect a cozy pace, good conversation, and light seasonal treats. (It’s still a real barn after all — cozy layers recommended!)
🎟️ Tickets
$85 Beck Farms Insiders (email list only)
$95 Public release
🌿 Your ticket includes
• All tools and materials for hands-on dividing
• One take-home dahlia tuber, ready for winter storage and spring planting
• A beautifully printed Dahlia Division Guide
• Light refreshments served in the barn
You’ll leave not just with a Beck Farms tuber and a guide, but with the knowledge, connection, and joy of learning something timeless — and a little November magic to tuck away for later.
These workshops are expected to sell out fast - grab your seat quickly!

**Due to the nature of our on-farm workshops, these experiences are non-refundable but are transferrable to a friend should a conflict arise.
